Lennox Lewis suffered just two defeats during his professional career.
The boxing legend reigned as undisputed heavyweight champion for a number of years, and defeated the likes of Mike Tyson, Evander Holyfield and Vitali Klitschko before hanging up his gloves in 2004.
There were two occasions where Lewis came unstuck though, one of them against Hasim Rahman when he was on the wrong end of a surprise fifth round stoppage loss in April 2001.
Lewis did manage to avenge that defeat, righting the wrongs of the first encounter and knocking Rahman out in the fourth round of their rematch seven months later.
The Brit’s other loss in his career came against Oliver McCall, when he was shockingly stopped inside two rounds to lose his WBC heavyweight title at Wembley Arena in 1994.
After rebuilding his career with four straight wins, Lewis then stopped McCall in the fifth round of their February 1997 rematch to once again claim world honours.
Nearly 30 years on and now at the age of 59, McCall – who also beat Larry Holmes by unanimous decision in 1995 – is still competing, and will return to action this month when he takes on Gary Cobia at the Texas Troubadour Theatre in Nashville, Tennessee on January 21.
McCall recently competed back at that same venue two months ago when he stopped Stacy Frazier in two rounds, in what was McCall’s first fight for over five years.
Following that win over Frazier, McCall named his next target, revealing that he wants to knock out Jake Paul in order to try and gain revenge for Mike Tyson, after Paul beat Tyson in a controversial bout in November.
