Daniel Dubois is one of the biggest punchers in the heavyweight division right now.

The current IBF belt holder has stopped 20 of the 21 men he has beaten in the ring. His last two fights have been his most impressive and have seen him come through difficult early rounds under sustained fire from opponents to eventually come out on top.

Back in December, it was American Jarrell Miller who he stopped in the dying seconds of the 10th and final round, while back in June, he halted Croatian Filip Hrgovic on cuts in round eight.

He is now in camp preparing to fight Anthony Joshua in an all-British clash at Wembley Stadium in September. It is the first defence of the belt he was awarded when Oleksandr Usyk vacated in order to honour his rematch with Tyson Fury.

Ahead of that, he has been speaking to Sky Sports Boxing about his perfect boxer. When asked to pick the ideal power of any boxer, he went with an American legend.

“Mike Tyson.”

Tyson, particularly early on in his career, put together an incredible run of early knockouts. He won his first 19 professional fights by knockout and 12 of them came in the first round. He still holds the record of the youngest ever heavyweight champion when he won the WBC title against Trevor Berbick at just 20 years old.

‘Iron Mike’ will be back in the ring more than 20 years after officially retiring when he takes on Jake Paul in November, despite once saying he would never fight him.
