Deontay Wilder speaks to Radio Rahim about missing the chance to fight Anthony Joshua before the Brit lost his unbeaten record
Deontay Wilder believes in destiny. The WBC heavyweight champion tells our man Radio Rahim he has no regrets over not facing Anthony Joshua before the latter lost his unbeaten record, despite extended negotiations for the pair to meet. Wilder compares it to similar suggestions that he should have fought Wladimir Klitschko before the Ukranian fell to AJ at Wembley.
Wilder is still keen, however, to become undisputed champion and, more importantly, the consensus number one heavyweight on the planet.
