Former world welterweight champion Errol Spence Jr has weighed in on the upcoming grudge match between Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn.
A capacity crowd is expected to be in attendance for what has been described as one of the biggest fights in British boxing history, reigniting a bitter feud between the Eubank and Benn families which dates back over thirty years.
The pair were originally due to face each other back in October 2022, but the fight was cancelled after it was revealed that Benn had returned two positive drugs tests. This sparked immense controversy between both fighters camps, and saw the British boxing license of ‘The Destroyer’ revoked indefinitely.
Almost two and a half years after the events that unfolded ahead of the cancelled first bout, Eubank Jr and Benn are on the verge of finally locking horns in the British capital and the stakes could not be higher for both men.
One man who has given their prediction for the domestic battle is former unified welterweight Errol Spence Jr, who revealed on his X page who he believes will come out on top – Eubank.
