Heavyweight Champion Who Beat Mike Tyson Wants To Fight Jake Paul Next: “I’ll Give It To Him”

Jake Paul may have another former world heavyweight champion to face after Mike Tyson.

Youtuber-turned-boxer Paul goes up against boxing legend Tyson at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas on Friday 15 November in the first boxing event broadcast live on streaming giant Netflix.

It is a fight that has garnered lots of controversy, with plenty of fans worried about seeing ‘Iron Mike’ come out of his retirement for his first professional fight in nearly two decades.

Tyson is now 58-years-old and hasn’t had a professional fight since 2005, while Paul is 27-years-old, and has a professional record of 10-1 since making his debut back in 2020.

The bout between Tyson and Paul was originally set to take place in July, before it had to be postponed after ‘Iron Mike’ suffered an ulcer flare-up following a medical incident on a flight.

It is now just days away, and one of Tyson’s former foes has made it clear that he would be willing to face Paul next, and that man is Lennox Lewis.

Lewis fought ‘Iron Mike’ back in June 2002, winning by eighth round knockout to retain his world heavyweight titles, before then retiring in 2004.

While he may have been out of a professional ring even longer than Tyson, Lewis has revealed that he would end that retirement when asked by YSM Sports Media.

“Yes. If Jake Paul wants some I’ll give it to him.”

Lewis has also given his prediction for the fight between ‘Iron Mike’ and Paul, claiming that Paul ‘is in trouble.’
