Carl Froch Called Out For New Comeback Fight: “Let’s Sit Down And Organise It”

Carl Froch continues to be a target for a number of people in and around the boxing world.

Froch has been retired for more than a decade but remains one of the biggest names in British boxing. He had a superb career that saw him become a world champion several times.

The super middleweight variously held the WBA, WBC and IBF world titles between 2008 and 2015 and famously ended his career with two huge back-to-back fights with fellow Brit George Groves.

The Nottingham man had a granite chin, never backed down in a contest and never shied away from a big challenge. That could be why he has found himself drawn into online back-and-forth with plenty of people, including John Fury, Anthony Joshua, Jake Paul and Darren Till.

In a new post on X, MMA fighter Till made his latest call out to fight ‘The Cobra.’

“If Carl wants to sit down and organise a fight for March in Nottingham or AO I am willing to travel to Nottingham next week and sit down with him and organise it, If it doesn’t happen around March I’ll stop chasing it for the foreseeable @Carl_Froch✊🏻💰”

In April, Till began a career in bare-knuckle boxing, winning his first fight by KO and then his second earlier in September by unanimous decision at BKFC 94.

Froch has previously been in attendance to see Till in the ring and has never shut down talk of a fight, but as of yet has not responded to this latest callout.
