Whether fans like it or not, Jake Paul is one of the biggest names in boxing.

His meteoric rise has seen him headline a number of huge events over the last few years, the most recent of which came in November when he took on Mike Tyson in a controversial bout.

‘Iron Mike’ was returning to the ring for the first time in nearly two decades, having not competed professionally since way back in 2005.

The boxing legend is now 58-years-old, and that was a huge factor in the fight, as ‘The Problem Child’ comfortably won by unanimous decision to earn the win.

It added to the ever-growing resume of Paul, who has mainly taken on former mixed martial artists during his career, including Nate Diaz, Anderson Silva, Tyron Woodley and Mike Perry.

It is Diaz that Paul has claimed is now avoiding a second fight with him, revealing that the ex-UFC star is reluctant to compete with him in MMA.

“I want to but my opponents don’t want to. It’s funny that Nate Diaz is actually scared to fight me in MMA. The biggest payday of his life would be me and him in MMA. I’m ready.”

Paul and Diaz met back in August 2023, with Paul winning the fight by unanimous decision after 10 rounds, dropping Diaz in the fifth round along the way.

If it isn’t to be Diaz next for Paul, there are a number of other options, although one former world champion has stated that he was approached about taking the fight and has turned it down.
