Top American Heavyweight Jared Anderson Predicts Anthony Joshua-Daniel Dubois Fight

The heavyweight division remains as busy as ever over the rest of the year.

The last few years have seen plenty of top-level match-ups take place between world champions and contenders in the banner division. The result of the action is that all of the belts briefly ended up in the possession of Oleksandr Usyk who has beaten all comers including both Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois, but now those two will be fighting it out for the IBF title he vacated.

Both men have put together a good run of wins that will have boosted their confidence ahead of this contest on September 21 at Wembley Stadium where both will be looking to showcase some of their punching power.

Dubois has stopped both Jarrell Miller and Fillip Hrgovic in his last two outings, while Joshua has scored a trio of knockouts over Otto Wallin, Robert Helenius and Francis Ngannou over the last 12 months.

Ahead of the fight, top American heavyweight prospect Jared Anderson has been giving his prediction to MMAFightingonSBN and doesn’t think Dubois will be too much of a problem for the former two-time world champion.

“I don’t see Daniel Dubois upsetting Anthony Joshua at the moment.”

As well as this all-British match-up, the next few months will also see Derek Chisora versus Joe Joyce, Andy Ruiz Jr versus Jarrell Miller, and Anderson take on Martin Bakole. The Toledo native has knocked out 15 of his 17 opponents so far and a win against Bakole would be another big step on his way to a world title fight.
