Jarrell Miller has had his say on the upcoming heavyweight spectacle between Oleksandr Usyk and Daniel Dubois.

Usyk will bid to become a two-time undisputed heavyweight champion when he locks horns with IBF heavyweight champion Dubois at Wembley Stadium in London on Saturday July 19.

It will be the second time the Ukrainian great and Dubois have shared the ring, after they went toe-to-toe back in August of 2023 in a bout that was the subject of much controversy.

Usyk was dropped to the canvas during the fifth round after being on the receiving end of what appeared to be a body shot, but it was later ruled by referee Luis Pabon that Dubois actually landed a low-blow.

The fight drew to a close during round nine as Usyk piled on the pressure and stopped Dubois to hand the hard-hitting Brit just the second defeat of his career.

Speaking to iFL TV, ‘Big Baby’ Miller shared his thoughts on his former rival’s upcoming showdown with Usyk, as he backs Dubois to ‘pull it off’ in what he claims will be a great fight.

“I think he’s definitely graduated since our fight. Can Dubois pull it off? I think he definitely can, it depends on how much Usyk has in the tank, if he can outwit Dubois. I think it’s a great fight regardless and you know the best man is gonna win.”

Dubois stopped Miller in the tenth and final round of their all-action heavyweight battle in December 2023, handing ‘Big Baby’ the first defeat of his controversial professional career.

The 27-year-old from London would go on to defeat Filip Hrgovic one fight later, before securing the best win of his career when he stopped countryman Anthony Joshua in the fifth round of their bout at Wembley Stadium to make the first defence of his IBF heavyweight crown.
