Jarrell Miller is back in the boxing ring at the start of 2026 with his next opponent now revealed.

Miller is a well-known figure in the sport, largely for his antics and ability to trash-talk more than what he has achieved in the ring. He famously missed out on a huge fight with Anthony Joshua back in 2019 when he failed a drug test and was pulled from the card, and has since failed two more, which means he has fought only five times in six years.

He has however, fought against Andy Ruiz in a contest which ended in a draw back in 2024, lost by KO to Daniel Dubois in December 2023, and recently pulled out of a fight with now WBO champion Fabio Wardley.

‘Big Baby’ is now set to return on the undercard of the much-anticipated showdown between Teofimo Lopez and Shakur Stevenson on Ring 6 on January 31 at New York’s Madison Square Garden.

The controversial heavyweight is set to take on Kinglsey Ibeh as he looks to get his first win since 2023, and then manoeuvre him into big money fights or world title contention after that.

Ibeh’s record is 16-2-1 with 14 KOs and he has previously appeared on some of Top Rank’s “Bubble” cards during Covid back in 2020, winning 11 straight since then in contests across the US, Mexico and Nicaragua, albeit it against largely unknown names at a comparatively low level.

He is a big man, however, so he could provide some resistance for Miller in what could be an entertaining fight between two of the division’s larger boxers.
