Keyshawn Davis Names 3 Fighters He Believes Are Avoiding Him

Former WBO lightweight champion Keyshawn Davis believes he is being avoided by three fighters in particular.

‘The Businessman’ was back in action on January 31 when he stopped world title challenger Jamaine Ortiz in the 12th and final round of their clash at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

Davis previously held the WBO world lightweight title which he captured back in February of 2025 when he produced a spectacular fourth round stoppage victory over Denys Berinchyk.

His reign as champion lasted just four months however as he was stripped of his crown when he failed to make weight prior to his scheduled defence against Edwin De Los Santos, a bout that was subsequently cancelled.

In footage shared by MillCity Boxing, Davis appeared to troll Devin Haney, Lewis Crocker and Lamont Roach Jr, who have all reportedly turned down the opportunity to face ‘The Businessman’ next.

“Damn. Don’t nobody wanna fight me! Debo [Devin Haney], Lewis Crocker, Lamont Roach. Damn!”

Whilst Davis’ ring return is yet to be confirmed, the 27-year-old from Virginia is expected to be back in action by the summer, but it appears that he has moved on from the idea of facing Haney next.

Instead, ‘The Businessman’ is said to be interested in a potential clash with former WBA super-featherweight champion Roach, whose last ring appearance came in December when he fought to a draw against WBC ‘interim’ super-lightweight champion Isaac ‘Pitbull’ Cruz.

Roach also famously took on Gervonta Davis back in March 2025, with that bout also ending in a controversial draw.
