The use of specific strength and conditioning coaches is now commonplace in boxing. They tend to maximise a fighter’s physical abilities while maintaining a close relationship with the boxing trainer.

 

We commissioned S&C guru Cameron Goff, who works with a range of top British boxing talent at his GoFitGoBox facility in Chessington, to design an example training camp programme.

 

He split this into four distinct phases, beginning in the video below, with Max Strength.
