It’s always a privilege to talk to legendary British fight journalist Colin Hart. There is very little Colin has not seen in his half-century of covering the Noble Art. However, after we watched the superb new I Am Duran documentary, while Hart was reminded just how special Roberto Duran was, in his tough upbringing and consequent bond with the people of his home country, the scribe quickly thought of a modern-day equivalent: Manny Pacquiao.
