Tyson Fury misses post-fight presser after gruelling Otto Wallin battle (video)

It turned out far tougher than expected. Cut and bloodied, Tyson Fury showed heart to pull out a clear points victory over unheralded but determined Swede Otto Wallin. It was presumably these gruesome facial injuries that prevented Fury from attending the post-fight press conference.
