Jake Paul is already planning for the future after his fight with Mike Tyson.

Paul has burst onto the scene within the sport over the past four years, most notably taking on a number of former UFC fighters inside the boxing ring.

He has defeated former UFC champions such as Anderson Silva and Nate Diaz, along with other MMA stars likes Nate Diaz, Ben Askren, and most recently Mike Perry.

Paul did suffer a defeat when he fought a boxer with a winning record though, losing to Tommy Fury by split decision back in February 2023.

Despite that setback, Paul now finds himself taking on boxing legend Tyson, in a fight that has caused a lot of controversy within the sport over whether or not it should be going ahead due to the age and health of ‘Iron Mike.’

It’s still all set to take place at the AT&T Stadium in Texas on Friday 15 November, and Paul appears to already have his next opponent in his mind.

‘The Problem Child’ has long chased a showdown with pound-for-pound superstar Canelo Alvarez, and he told TMZ Sports that a fight against the Mexican is definitely going to happen.

“1000%. Everything I’ve said has come true. That’s why Canelo should be awake at night because I’m coming for him. The fight is going to happen and I will win and shock the whole entire world.

“This is me speaking it into existence and people will sit there and listen and be like ‘he’s crazy’ but I was crazy when I said I would do the biggest fights and beat Woodley, Anderson Silva, so you’re crazy until you’re not.”

Before Paul can think about Canelo, he must focus on Tyson, and Ryan Garcia has given his verdict for the upcoming battle.
