Roy Jones Makes His Final Mike Tyson vs Jake Paul Prediction: “He Can Be Knocked Out At Any Time”

Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul is just days away.

The two men meet at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas on Friday 15 November, in a showdown that has been nearly one year in the making.

The fight was first announced in March and was originally set to take place back in July, before Tyson had to postpone the bout due to an ulcer flare up after a medical incident whilst on board a flight.

Boxing figures have been split on the clash, due to Tyson now being 58-years-old and having not had a professional fight for nearly two decades, while Paul is 27-years-old and has been extremely active since making his debut in 2020, competing 11 times.

Roy Jones Jr has gone back and forth with his views on the bout, and with less than a week to go, he told All The Smoke Fight his final prediction for the match-up.

“I think if Mike is in shape enough to go the rounds, he probably can put Jake out at any time. Of course being 58, his timing isn’t the same.

“It’s quicker for him to get it over with fast then it is to wait a long time because if Jake gets in and gets his rhythm, he could get the momentum and that can be problematic for Mike down the line.

“But if Mike goes out and says you know what, I’ll go balls to the wall and get it over with, that’s the best thing he can do.”

Paul has lost just once as a professional so far, coming against Tommy Fury in February 2023, and he has rated the power of his rival.
