Tim Bradley Has No Doubt Who Wins Devin Haney vs Brian Norman Jr: “They’ve Made A Big Mistake”

Tim Bradley has a clear view when it comes to Devin Haney‘s upcoming fight with Brian Norman Jr.

Haney will move to 147lbs when he challenges Norman for his WBO welterweight title at the ANB Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on November 22.

With just over a month to go until the clash, two-weight world champion Bradley has revealed on his YouTube channel that he is struggling to see how Haney gets the win, saying that his team is ‘making a big mistake’ before explaining why.

“I don’t see no path to victory for Haney. I been consulting with all the people I do when I talk boxing, I don’t see no path.

“I don’t know what Devin we’ll get. The scary Devin or the Devin that’s going to stand his ground and control his range right in front of you. Is he still shell-shocked? If we get that Haney, Norman Jr all day. If we get the other Haney, he could put himself in harm’s way.”

Bradley went on to further explain how he sees the fight playing at.

“All Norman got to do is punch with him. Haney likes to rumble, we saw that in that Ryan Garcia fight. He’ll get in and get out and let those hands go. The man is a fighter, he’s about that action, he is, he just don’t want to win a fight by dancing about I think.

“That last fight I needed four cups of coffee, I was sitting there mad, but I’m having a hard time for this one, I really am. I just don’t see a path.

“Norman can punch with him, he knows how to punch in between shots, he’s been at 147 his entire career, he’s faced bigger punchers, he’s the bigger man. Devin is coming up in weight but he started at 135. We haven’t seen the best Brian Norman, but we’ve seen the best Haney.”

All will be revealed when the two men meet next month, on a card that also features David Benavidez defending his WBC light heavyweight title against Anthony Yarde, and Artur Beterbiev taking on Deon Nicholson.
