Jake Paul has only lost once to a professional boxer.
Paul will be hoping that it isn’t the same outcome when he goes up against boxing legend Mike Tyson next week, when they collide at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas on Friday 15 November.
Tyson is widely regarded as one of the biggest punchers in boxing history, with 44 of his 50 victories coming by knockout. His power was evident right from the offset, with his first 19 professional fights ending by knockout, 12 of them in the first round.
Paul has 7 stoppage wins from his 10 victories, with his last three fights all ending that way, two of them inside the first round when he took on Ryan Bourland and Andre August respectively.
Despite the loss to Fury, Paul did manage to drop his rival in the final round of their bout, and Fury has given his take on the power of ‘The Problem Child’ whilst talking to Fight Hub TV.
“I’ve been around this all my life. I’ve sparred a lot of people and been in the ring sparring real punchers, his power wasn’t anything that was worrying me at all.
“That’s why I had my hands down, I wasn’t really bothered. He’s a good, strong lad but not the hardest hitter I’ve ever fought.”
With just days to go until the Tyson vs. Paul fight and the power of both men under the microscope, Tommy’s brother Tyson Fury has given his prediction, naming the man that will win by knockout.
