Tommy Fury has declared his interest in a second fight with Jake Paul.

After two cancellations due to a Fury injury and travel issues, this pair finally met back in February 2023 out in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia.

Fury’s boxing fundamentals and jab controlled much of the fight and while Paul scored a knockdown in the eighth round, Fury won via split decision and handed Jake Paul his first career loss.

Paul has gone on to increase his profile with huge nights against the likes of Mike Tyson and Julio Cesar Chavez Jr, both of which he won, and was due to fight Gervonta Davis but cancelled the fight after domestic allegations were levelled at the multi-weight world champion.

At home with his father in a video on Fight Hub TV, Tommy Fury asks ‘Big John’ to explain the situation regarding the rematch with Paul.

“Well, it should have happened six months ago. We’ve been trying to put this together for nearly a year but unfortunately, they’re the ones putting the breaks on things by being greedy and they just won’t sign a contract.

“They want most of the money, which is understandable, but we’re not being treated fair by them, so I’ve given them my number, its a yay or nay thing, either take it or leave out but it’s not us putting a delay, it’s them.”

Fury has been out of the ring for a long stretch following surgery on an injury but now seems ready to fight, while the likes of Andy Ruiz Jr and Anthony Joshua have also both declared themselves ready to fight Paul.
