Tony Bellew claims that one KO specialist is being seriously avoided by everyone in and around their division.

It is not unusual for a talent to emerge so quickly that they become an avoided fighter. The heavyweight division has a fine example right now with young rising star Moses Itauma who has knocked out 11 of his 13 opponents so far, nine of them inside the first two rounds, and the last one, a tough, world-level competitor in Dillian Whyte, inside the first two minutes.

Now, in a new post on X, Bellew thinks there is a star of the female game who has become just as feared as he has shared a video of Elif Nur Turhan landing multiple blows on her opponent earlier in December with a bold statement.

“NOBODY wants a piece of this!”

Turhan put on a truly explosive show to become the new IBF lightweight champion in Monaco despite going into the contest as the huge betting underdog against undefeated Brazilian great Beatriz Ferreira at the Salle des Etoiles on the Monte Carlo coast.

However, she looked in fine form from the off and secured a knockdown in the first round before then finishing the fight in the fifth round.

Turhan is 30 years old and hails from Istanbul in Turkey. She just a former light-welterweight champion who turned professional back in May and her record now stands at 12 wins from 12 with eight KOs.

When asked if she thought she was the hardest hitter in women’s boxing, Turhan did not disagree,

“I’ve just won a world title so I want to fight the best. At the moment, yes, but I have hard opponents to come so i’ll keep showing it.”
