Heavyweight contenders Michael Hunter and Dave Allen both feel Dominic Breazeale can unseat WBC champion Deontay Wilder tonight
Dominic Breazeale may be a 5/1 underdog with bookmakers to upset WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder in their Brooklyn grudge match tonight, but at least two of his fellow contenders fancy him to give the title-holder more "Trouble" than he can handle.
Breazeale’s fellow Californian Michael Hunter, unbeaten since stepping up from cruiserweight and who meets Fabio Maldonado next week, is edging towards a change at the top of the heaviest division.
"I would say Breazeale has a great chance at winning," Hunter told Seconds Out. "He has a lot to fight for and I wouldn’t be surprised at an upset."
Doncaster cult hero Dave Allen goes a stage further, actually expecting Breazeale to knock out the reigning champion. Allen has been impressed with Breazeale’s recent three-fight winning streak, all inside the distance, and explains in this video why he feels the challenger will emerge victorious.
